High Energy Compact Linear Accelerator with MLC- PRIMUS, SIEMENS, Germany
-
Dual Energy 6 & 18 MV to treat deep seated tumors and to spare skin and superficial tissues
-
Electron energies 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 & 21 MeV to treat superficial tumors and to spare critical structures
-
Multi Leaf Collimators (MLC) to shape the field size and to treat irregularly shaped tumors and to spare normal tissues
-
3D Conformal RT to localise the tumor more precisely and to treat it with high dose RT and to spare the normal tissue at the same time
