Achievement

a. Only department to have morning presentations every day where all the cases are admitted and mortalities discussed and analysed in detail by all the faculty members and junior doctors. All the interns have to present cases which help in developing confidence

b. Future guide lines/ protocols constantly being updated and any lacunae found are being rectified regularly

c. Department is maintaining a judicious balance between clinical work and teaching and playing a pivotal role for the MTH

d. Whole department works as one unit and imparts the value of discipline and cooperation to the internees. This is reflected by the steady increase in the number of OPD and indoor patients
