MCOMS is a self financing institution. 20% seats are reserved for Government of Nepal nominated candidates. MCOMS does not charge any fees from these students. MCOMS also supports Students of Nepal On highly subsidised Tuition fees. Apart from the MBBS Scholarships MCOMS also sponsors a large number of PG students are sponsored by MCOMS also about 5% of Nepalese students are awarded 100% scholarship.

MCOMS also provides MBBS scholarship to the meritorious students from India, SAARC and other foreign Countries. These scholarships are purely based on merit and accounts to only 10% of the Total Fee Structure.

The selection of the meritorious student list for Scholarship is based purely on the marks / Grades scored at 10+2 or AL level (for Sri Lankan students). Decision of Dean MCOMS in this regard would be final.
